What the Service is, and what it is not
We deliver live television, on-demand video and programme guide data over the internet to customers in Ireland and selected other jurisdictions, on a subscription basis. The Service does not include device hardware, the player apps themselves, or your broadband — those remain your responsibility.
We provide
- Access to live channels and on-demand content
- Programme guide (EPG) data and catch-up where available
- Credentials to sign in on a compatible device
- Customer support on the hours published on the Support page
You provide
- A compatible device — see the Setup guides
- The player app installed on that device
- A broadband connection of sufficient speed
- Accurate contact details at the time of subscribing
We may modify, update or discontinue elements of the Service at any time, including channel lists, on-demand catalogues, EPG data and compatible apps. Where a change is material, We will endeavour to give reasonable notice where practicable.
Who can subscribe, and your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and resident in a jurisdiction where accessing the Service is lawful. Your Credentials are personal to you and must not be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for everything done using them.
- By subscribing you confirm you are 18 or over and that using the Service is lawful where you live.
- The information you give Us — name, email address, phone number — must be accurate and current. Providing false information to obtain a Trial or Subscription breaches these Terms.
- Credentials must not be shared with, sold to or transferred to any third party.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out using your Credentials. If you believe they have been compromised, tell Us immediately.
Pricing, activation and renewal
Plans are sold at the prices published on the Pricing page at the time you buy, inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Nothing renews automatically — you are never charged without buying a new Subscription yourself.
Plans and pricing
Current plans, terms and prices are published on the Pricing page and that page is the authoritative source. Prices shown there at the moment you purchase are the prices that apply to your Subscription. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; a change never affects a Subscription already paid for.
Manual renewal only
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. No payment details are stored and you will never be charged without explicitly purchasing a renewal. When your period ends, access ceases until you buy a new Subscription. We may send a reminder before expiry but are not obliged to.
Activation
Following payment, your Credentials are normally issued on WhatsApp within a few minutes during operating hours. If you have not received them within fifteen minutes during those hours, contact Us. Activation outside operating hours is completed when we are next available.
Free trials
Where a Trial is offered it is available once per customer, verified by the combination of email address, phone number and device. Attempting to obtain more than one Trial using different contact details breaches these Terms. We may decline a Trial request at Our sole discretion. Full terms are on the Free trial page.
Refund policy summary
A full refund on any paid Subscription within seven days of purchase, no reason required, processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. The full policy, including the exclusions and the request process, is on the Refund Policy page.
Refunds are not issued where the seven-day period has elapsed, where the request relates to a free Trial rather than a paid Subscription, where Credentials have been shared with third parties in breach of these Terms, where the request follows a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy in section 06, or where a refund was previously issued on the same or an associated account.
Your statutory rights are unaffected. You may also have a right to a refund or other remedy under Irish consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, where the digital service is not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of the quality you were reasonably entitled to expect. Those rights apply independently of Our commercial policy and are not limited by the seven-day period.
Service availability and quality
We aim for continuous, high-quality service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Stream quality depends on your broadband, your device and network conditions between you and Our servers — factors outside Our control.
| Stream | Recommended minimum |
|---|---|
| HD | 15 Mbps download |
| 4K / UHD | 25 Mbps download |
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, technical failure, circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, or changes to content rights.
- Channel lists, on-demand catalogues and EPG data are subject to change. Specific channels or programmes may become unavailable due to changes in rights, licensing or infrastructure. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific channel or programme.
- For a significant, prolonged outage attributable to Us, you may be entitled to a pro-rata credit or extension of your Subscription. Contact Us if you experience one.
Acceptable Use Policy
The Service is licensed for personal, private, non-commercial use in your own household. Breach of any condition below may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Subscription without refund.
Permitted
- Personal, private viewing on your own devices
- Use within your own household
- Streams up to the simultaneous limit on your plan
Prohibited
- Commercial redistribution — retransmitting the Service to others
- Credential sharing — giving your login to anyone outside your household
- Public screening — showing the Service in a pub, shop, club or other public place
- Circumvention — defeating technical protection measures
- Recording and redistribution — capturing content and passing it on without permission
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service
- Illegal activity of any kind using the Service
- Network abuse — conduct harmful to Our infrastructure or other customers
Simultaneous connections
The number of streams permitted at the same time is set by the plan you bought. Exceeding it may cause playback errors or temporary suspension of access. If you need more, a two-device plan is available, or contact Us.
Resellers
Offering the Service commercially or in a reseller capacity requires separate terms and a commercial licence. Contact Us if that is what you are looking for.
Intellectual property, suspension and termination
Your Subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view content for personal private use. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, and suspension for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
Intellectual property
All content delivered through the Service — live broadcasts, on-demand video, audio, guide data and metadata — is owned by or licensed to the respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property to you beyond the limited viewing licence described above. The brand, website, logos, design and original written content on this site may not be copied, reproduced or used without Our express written permission.
Grounds for suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if We determine, at Our reasonable discretion, that you have:
- Breached any provision of the Acceptable Use Policy in section 07
- Provided false or misleading information in connection with a Subscription or Trial
- Attempted to obtain a second or subsequent Trial after already using one
- Engaged in conduct harmful to Our infrastructure, other customers or third-party rights holders
- Failed to pay any amount due to Us
We will endeavour to notify you of a suspension or termination, though this is not required in cases of urgent or serious breach. You may cancel at any time simply by not renewing — because Subscriptions renew manually, no further action is needed to prevent future charges.
Liability, data protection and governing law
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid Us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service — in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, income or anticipated savings; loss of data or content; loss of business, contracts or opportunities; or any indirect, consequential or incidental loss.
Nothing here limits or excludes Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. By subscribing you acknowledge that we process your personal data as described there. To exercise any GDPR right — access, rectification, erasure or portability — contact Us.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts — without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim in your country of residence under applicable EU consumer law. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Us; most concerns are resolved promptly and informally.
EU Online Dispute Resolution. If you are an EU consumer and wish to raise a complaint, you may use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. It is free and independent of Us.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, the law or Our business practices. When a change is material we update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers.
Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms are published means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to them, stop using the Service. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
