Guide data and catch-up are strongest on the Irish, UK and North American groups. On some international channels the guide is thinner — worth knowing before you buy if a particular regional group is the reason you are signing up.

Are the channels in 4K or HD?
Quality follows the source. Where a broadcaster puts out 4K, the channel carries 4K; most of the Irish and UK list is full HD, and older or smaller international channels are SD. Live sport is prioritised for the highest quality available because that is what suffers most when it drops.

No. All 55,000 channels and all 190,000 on-demand titles are on every plan. Only the term length, the number of screens and VPN protection differ.
How far ahead does the TV guide go?
Seven days on the Irish, UK and North American groups. Some international channels carry less, and a few carry none — tell us which ones you need and we will say before you buy.
What happens if a channel stops working?
Message us and we check it from our side. Single channels go down at source from time to time; usually there is a mirror of the same channel on the list and we point you at it while the first one is fixed.
Are pay-per-view events included?
Scheduled events are carried on the event channels as they happen, at no extra charge on any plan. If there is a specific event you are signing up for, ask us first and we will confirm.
Does the list change?
Yes. Channels are added and occasionally dropped as sources change, and on-demand titles are added regularly. The total stays around 55,000 rather than shrinking.
